Artem founded Prestige Consulting after several years of living in the UAE and hands-on immersion in local business processes. He is personally involved in projects and owns the initial analysis of the task, the company structure and the overall strategy for entering the UAE market.
When preparing a solution, we account for the company's activity, the composition of shareholders, residency plans, the banking profile, expected turnover, budget and the further operation of the business.

PRO Specialist
Dmitry is responsible for the administrative side of the project and for the procedures related to licences, the Establishment Card, residence visas, the medical test, biometrics and Emirates ID.

Banking Support Specialist
Marina analyses the company's banking profile and helps prepare the business for the bank's due diligence. She takes into account the business structure, source of funds, expected turnover, field of activity and prospective counterparties.
Based on this, Marina helps shortlist suitable banks, prepare KYC documents and handle communication with banking specialists.
