Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, for what purposes and on what legal bases we process it, whom we may share it with, and what rights you have as a data subject.

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Prestige-Consulting LLC (“we”, “the Company”), address: Dubai, Business Bay.

For any questions about the processing of personal data, and to exercise your rights, you can contact us at info@prestige-consulting.ae.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide to us yourself, plus a limited set of technical data needed to run the website:

  • Data you enter in contact forms and requests: name, phone number, e-mail address, messenger handle (WhatsApp, Telegram) and the content of your message.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type and version, language, pages viewed, date and time of the request, cookies and similar identifiers.
  • Web-analytics and advertising data: aggregate visit statistics and ad-performance data. We collect this using Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel with your consent to the relevant cookies (see the “Cookies” section).

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiries and requests, providing consultations and preparing a commercial proposal.
  • Delivering and supporting the services you order.
  • Contacting you through the channels you provided (phone, e-mail, messengers).
  • Keeping the website working, secure and protected from abuse.
  • Analysing website traffic and improving the site using Google Analytics 4 — where you have consented to analytics cookies.
  • Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns using the Meta Pixel — where you have consented to marketing cookies.

4. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the situation, we rely on the following legal bases (in the terms of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and, for users in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR):

  • Your consent — for example, to process a request sent through a form and to use analytics cookies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one — where processing is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
  • Our legitimate interests — keeping the website secure, preventing fraud and basic assessment of website performance, provided this does not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Compliance with applicable law.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with a limited set of service providers that process data on our behalf and are required to keep it confidential:

  • Google (Google Analytics 4, advertising services) — web analytics and ad-performance measurement; processes website-usage data and cookie identifiers where you have consented to analytics cookies.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — measuring the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and building advertising audiences; used where you have consented to marketing cookies.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network (CDN), attack protection and core website infrastructure; processes visitors' technical data and IP addresses.
  • Telegram — used as a delivery channel for requests to our specialists: the content of the form you submit is delivered to our internal working chat.
  • E-mail provider — for correspondence about your enquiry.
  • Government authorities and others — where required by applicable law.

6. International data transfers

The website infrastructure is hosted on a server in the European Union, and content is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the UAE, the EU and other jurisdictions where our service providers are located.

Using Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel involves transferring data to Google and Meta, including to the United States. Such international transfers rely on the safeguards those companies provide (including standard contractual clauses) and on your consent to the relevant cookies.

For any such transfer we take reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection in line with applicable law, including contractual confidentiality commitments with our service providers.

7. Retention periods

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by applicable law.

Request and correspondence data is kept for the duration of our interaction with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; technical and analytics data is kept for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy. The record of your cookie consent is kept for around 12 months, after which we ask for it again.

8. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation of processing and access to your data.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of data where there is no lawful basis to keep it.
  • Restrict processing or object to it.
  • Withdraw consent you have given — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Receive your data in a structured format (data portability).
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

9. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@prestige-consulting.ae. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within the period set by applicable law.

10. Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Which cookies we use, why, and how to withdraw consent are described in detail in our Cookie Policy.

11. Data security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Children

The website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we may have received such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. We aim to give additional notice of material changes.
