We check the trade licence, MOA and your share; we set the visa category.
Residence visa for company owners and partners
We handle visas for founders and partners of UAE companies turnkey — Establishment Card, entry permit, medical, Emirates ID; for Mainland and Free Zone.
- A 2–3 year, renewable visa
- No employer sponsor — the visa is self-sponsored
- Family sponsorship (spouse and children)
- Processing takes around 2–3 weeks

Who it suits
The visa is issued on the basis of your shareholding — for new and existing companies, Mainland and Free Zone.
A founder of a new company
We arrange the visa right after the company is registered. No company yet — start with registration:
A new partner in an existing company
You add a partner to the trade licence — we arrange their residence visa on the basis of the share.
A Free Zone company owner
Works even for a sole Free Zone owner — that's an investor (self-sponsored) visa.
An entrepreneur relocating their family
You get your own visa and sponsor your spouse and children's move to the UAE.
Investor or partner visa?
A sole owner or a Free Zone company → an investor visa. Several co-owners of a Mainland company → a partner visa. The rights and process are almost identical — the difference is the ownership structure. We'll pin down the right category for your company on a consultation.
What the visa gives you
Legal residence and business
You live in the UAE and run your own company legally.
Family sponsorship
You sponsor your spouse and children onto residence visas.
Emirates ID and access to services
Bank accounts, tenancy and government services are open to you as a resident.
Independence from an employer
The visa is self-sponsored — you're not tied to someone else's sponsoring company.
Renewal alongside the company
The visa renews while your company stays active and compliant.
Renewal has become stricter
From 1 January 2026, renewing investor and partner visas requires proof of real company activity: a valid company Ejari, financial activity and up-to-date owner data. 'Paper' companies risk being refused a renewal. We prepare the company for renewal in advance — taking deadlines and substance off your plate.
Hand deadline control to us →How the process works
Timelines are indicative — usually around 2–3 weeks with a complete set. We give a realistic estimate after checking the company documents; we don't guarantee timing.
We obtain the company's immigration card — visas can't be filed without it.
We file for an entry permit or change status inside the country.
The medical fitness test — your presence is required.
You give biometrics and we file for the Emirates ID.
The visa is stamped in the passport and resident status is active.
We arrange visas for your spouse and children under your sponsorship.
We'll estimate timing for your company
Tell us about the company — we'll say what's ready and how long it'll take.
What we need from you

What it costs
A Dubai-market benchmark. We calculate the exact quote for your company and number of visas.
- ServiceCost
- Turnkey visa handlingfrom AED 6,000
- Health insurance (per person)from AED 500
- Visa for a family memberfrom AED 5,500
The total depends on the jurisdiction (Mainland / Free Zone), number of visas and urgency. Government fees are paid directly to the authorities and are not part of the service quote — we give the full figure on a consultation.
Why work with us
A specialist for every stage
A consultant selects the jurisdiction, a PRO specialist handles the paperwork, a banking specialist opens the account. Not one person doing 'a bit of everything'.
We're based in Dubai
We work on the ground in the UAE. We know how the procedures actually run in practice, not from a government-website description.
Timelines without surprises
We quote realistic timelines, not convenient ones. If a stage slips, you hear about it immediately — not after a month of silence.
Support after registration
The work doesn't end with the licence. Document renewals, new visas, PRO tasks, banking questions — we stay in touch.
Frequently asked questions
There's no hard capital minimum — what matters is that you're named in the trade licence and MOA as an owner or partner with a share. We'll review your structure on a consultation.
We'll work through your case in 20 minutes
Tell us about the company and your share — we'll say which visa category fits, the term and what to prepare.
We reply within one business day. No spam and no 'just checking in' calls.
