We check your visa and income: whether you qualify and whom you can bring.
Residence visas for your family
We arrange visas for the spouses and children of UAE residents turnkey — document attestation, entry permit, medical, Emirates ID. For employees, company owners and Golden-visa holders.
- The sponsor — an employee, a company partner or a Golden-visa holder
- The family visa runs for the sponsor's visa term
- Income threshold — from AED 4,000/mo
- The visa is usually issued in 1–2 weeks

Who can sponsor family
It's not only employees who can bring their family — any resident with a valid visa can be a sponsor.
An employee
A work visa and a basic salary from AED 4,000/mo (or 3,000 + employer housing). The basic salary on the attested contract counts — not the total package with allowances.
No work visa yet? →A company owner or partner
An investor or partner visa. Income is proved with company documents — the trade licence and partnership agreement; the threshold is the same.
About the partner visa →- Maximum flexibility
A Golden-visa holder
No minimum salary threshold. The family gets a visa for your visa's term — 5–10 years, and the son age-limit doesn't apply.
About the Golden Visa →
Whom you can sponsor
Spouse and children as standard; parents on separate terms.
Spouse
On the basis of an attested marriage certificate.
Sons up to 25
Sons are sponsored up to 25; for Golden-visa holders the age limit doesn't apply.
Unmarried daughters
Unmarried daughters — with no age limit. Married children are not sponsored.
Parents
Separate terms: a higher income threshold, two-bedroom housing and a 1-year visa. We'll review your case on a consultation.
Newborns
A child born in the UAE must be filed within 120 days of birth.
The main cause of refusals is documents
Most delays and refusals come not from salary but from attestation errors. Marriage and birth certificates must be legalised in the country of issue, at the UAE consulate and at MOFA, with a certified Arabic translation. Attestation abroad can take weeks — so we start with it and handle the translation, notarisation and legalisation turnkey.
How the process works
The visa itself usually takes 1–2 weeks once documents are attested. Plan for attestation of certificates abroad separately — it's the longest step. Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
We arrange legalisation of the marriage and birth certificates and a certified Arabic translation. We start early — this is the longest step.
We file an entry permit for each family member or change status inside the country.
The family enters on the entry permit; if already in the UAE, this step is skipped.
Family members aged 18+ take the medical test; younger children are exempt.
We give biometrics and file for the Emirates ID.
The visas are issued for your visa's term; resident status is active.

What we need from you
A basic set — we take attestation, translations and filing on ourselves.
From the sponsor
- Passport, visa and Emirates ID
- Proof of income: employment contract and salary certificate (or company documents — for partners and investors)
- Tenancy contract (Ejari)
For the family members
- Passports (valid for 6+ months)
- Attested marriage and birth certificates with translation (we arrange)
- White-background photos to spec
- Health insurance (we'll arrange it)
The family members' presence is only needed for the medical (18+) and biometrics. We run attestation, translations and filing for you.
